A list of some of my favorite things!

Pantry Must Haves

  • Monk Fruit Sweetener (buy here). My #1 choice to use as an alternative to sugar. They have brown, granulated and powder.

  • RawRev Glo Vegan, Gluten-Free, Protein Bars (this is my favorite and this is my daughter's favorite). These protein bars are made with high quality, raw ingredients. They taste great! And they're low in sugar!

  • Organic raw cacao powder (buy here). truly a super food! use in recipes in place of chocolate powder. It's bitter so add some monk fruit sweetener too (above).

  • Himalayan Salt (buy here). This salt has all the trace minerals that our body requires. Great to season food or add a pinch to water. Celtic sea salt is another great option!

  • Ultima Electrolye Replenisher (we like this flavor and this flavor). Leave the Gatorade at the store and use Ultima instead. Ultima contains no artificial flavor, color or sugar and it tastes really good!


Beauty Products

  • Be Pure Beauty (here). Be Pure Beauty is an online healthy beauty store. They have pure and safebeauty products that go through rigorous testing, that are responsibly sourced, natural and organic. They carry one of my favorite makeup brands - Alima Pure.

  • Beauty Counter (buy here). I just recently found used this brand for the first time, and I love it! Read my review here!

  • Insect Repellent. I have two favorites...TerraShield essential oil blend here and Babyganics insect repellent here

  • Nail Polish. I have a couple favorite brands of nail polish also. One brand is Sophi and the other is Zoya

  • Sunscreen. I like Babyganics (here) and Goddess Garden (here).


Cleaning Products

  • Babyganics is the first brand I used when I threw away chemical filled cleaners and I was amazed at how well they work! I still use them! They have Tub & Tile Cleaner (buy here). Laundry detergent (buy here). Foaming dish soap (buy here). Multi surface cleaner (buy here).

  • Grove Collaborative (here) is a Certified B Corp company. believes that 'the best natural products for your home and family should be the easiest to get.' has skin care products, cleaning products and household items that are green, clean, safe and non-toxic. I choose to have an auto-ship order where I get my monthly feminine care products sent monthly without even thinking about it :)

  • Biokleen (buy here). My must haves are Bac-Out and their dish powder for dishwashers. I do trust ALL of their products.

  • Lemi Shine (buy here). This is another brand who I completely trust and would use all of their products! They have everything you need to clean dishes, glass, counters, appliances and industrial strength products.

Essential Oils

  • My first choice of Essential Oils is this brand. They do 8-9 different third party tests to ensure legit purity, offer endless amounts of education, and have a great mission to help so many different charities and communities.

  • My second choice is this brand. They do 2 third party tests, offer education on their blog, and have a great mission to help others as well. This brand is more affordable if the first brand is a little over your budget.

  • Trace minerals (buy here). Put a couple drops of this in your water to replace minerals that our bodies need, but are filtered out of our drinking water.

  • Garden of Life Multivitamin (buy here). This MVI also has enzymes, probiotics, and is made from whole foods. I think alternating between supplements is best.

  • Magnesium citrate (buy here) Mag citrate is highly absorbable and inexpensive. It's great if you're constipated!

  • Magnesium Glycinate (buy here). Mag glycinate is the most biolavailable and least likely to create loose stools.

  • Vitamin C. There are a couple different Vitamin C supplements I use. The first is this one from Garden of Life, it's a 500mg capsule. I use this Vitamin C spray for my daughter. Feminine Care Products

  • Diva Cup (buy here). A reuseable cup that's used during menses. It's healthier for women and the environment! Be sure to get the size that's right for you!

  • Natracare pads/pantiliners (buy here). These products contain nothing synthetic, and no chemicals. They're biodegradable and compostable.

  • Natracare tampons (buy here).


Kitchen Supplies

  • Instant Pot (buy here). You can cook anything you can imagine in the Instant Pot, in a fraction of the time of normal preparation.

  • Field Company Iron skillet (buy here). Cast iron is the safest form of pans to cook with. I used to recommend the Lodge brand until I found out that they’re pans are pre-seasoned with a GMO soybean oil.

  • Glass Water Bottle (buy here). This one is my fave because it has lines on it that indicate how much water you should be drinking by 8am, 9am, 10am through 6pm. It makes it easy to drink enough water through the day while avoiding plastic.


DIY Must Haves

  • Organic white beeswax pastilles (buy here). Great to use in DIY lotion, lip balm, and candles.

  • Raw organic mango butter (buy here). Great to use as a lotion on it's own, or use it in DIY lotion and deodorant.

  • Avocado butter (buy here). Great to use as a lotion on it's own, or use it in DIY lotion and deodorant.

  • Shea butter (buy here). Not my personal favorite to use because it can get grainy, but still a good option to use on it's own.

  • Raw organic cocoa butter (buy here). Another one that is great on it's own or in your DIY personal care products.

  • Organic unrefined coconut oil (buy here). A great oil for cooking with or in your DIY products.

  • Organic cold pressed avocado oil (buy here). Another great oil to cook with or in your DIY products.

  • Organic jojoba oil (buy here). A great oil for healthy skin!


  • The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck: A Counterintuitive Approach to Living a Good Life (buy here). This is hands down THE BEST self help I've ever read! Warning: He uses A LOT of f-bombs in the book, but the overall lessons to learn are seriously amazing.

  • 7 Habits of Highly Effective People (buy here). This is an awesome self help book! I feel like it helped me to improve all areas of my life!

  • 8 Great Smarts: Discover and Nurture your Child's Intelligences (buy here). This book shares that we're all smart in 8 ways, but one or two 'smarts' dominate. Learn how to teach to your child's intelligence and what careers are a good fit for them.

  • You Are a Badass: How to Stop Doubting Your Greatness and Start Living an Awesome Life (buy here). There is some cussing in this book, but it's definitely one of my favorite self help books out there!!

  • The Essential Life (buy here). I refer to this book as my essential oil bible. It's so amazing! You can look up what oil works best for a specific symptom you're experiencing. You can look up the essential oil itself, look up info by body system (ie Gastrointestinal, Respiratory). There are cleaning product recipes and food recipes using essential oils. This book has expanded my knowledge and use of essential oils!

  • Grain Brain (buy here). This book is written by a neurologist who shows how grains lead to ADHD, depression, Alzheimer’s and more.

  • Wheat Belly (buy here). This book is written by a cardiologist who shares how grains are a leading contributor to disease.
