The New Year Reset is a 30 day group program that will start on Sunday, January 6, 2019.

The topics covered during the program are:

  • Week 2: What foods to eat and which to avoid to give your body what it needs.

  • Week 3: Let’s de-stress!

  • Week 4: Make it a lifestyle!

This program will take place in a private FB group, for the most part. We’ll also have live Zoom calls weekly where you’ll be able to chat with myself and other members of the group.
