What is this program?

This program is a 1:1 program where we’ll meet in person or over Skype/FaceTime one time a week for 50 minutes.

What can I expect?

While this program is customizable based on your needs, this is the basic outline of the program.

We’ll cover each topic below which will include: discussing what’s toxic in each category, learning how to identify toxins, and finding out what to use instead.

  • Week 1: stop dieting, learn how to correct nutritional deficiencies and eat right.

  • Week 2: Live clean & green: Food.

  • Week 3: Live clean & green: Skin care & Cleaning products.

  • Week 4: Live clean & green: Cookware & Food Storage.

  • Week 5: Supplements.

  • Week 6: Make it sustainable!
