How To Enjoy An Alcoholic Drink Without Guilt
Healthy living doesn’t equal deprivation. You can still have your alcohol and drink it too (see what I did there!). Your low sugar low carb, but still yummy alcohol drink :)
Say whaat?! Yes, it is totally possible to live a healthy lifestyle AND have the occasional drink.
Unfortunately, most of the alcoholic beverages out there come with bloating, headaches, or gas from those drinks that have toxins or too much sugar.
There is ALWAYS a healthier choice.
There are times when alcohol should be completely avoided, no matter what. Besides the obvious (like when you’re pregnant), you should avoid it if you’re recovering from a traditional unhealthy lifestyle because your body MUST have time to heal.
If you’re pregnant or letting your body heal, don’t worry there are some ‘mocktail’ recipes in this post just for ya!
With that being said, once you’re well on your way to health - feel free to enjoy the occasional healthy-ish drink.
I’ve put together this list of low carb and low sugar drinks. Enjoy!
