Thanksgiving is coming!! I love this holiday because the food is so yummy! Oh yeah, and because I see my family :)

I used to seriously indulge during the holidays because I had the same mentality as most people....It's the holidays which means junk, junk, junk. But I don't like feeling like crap, especially during the holidays! So my eating habits have changed.

I've found that real food tastes way better than the packaged nonsense I used to consider food. It tastes better, I feel better, and I actually get to enjoy my family and holidays more.

So that you don't have to scour the world wide web for delicious and healthy recipes, I've rounded up several of them right here for you!

I always recommend using meat that has never been exposed to antibiotics or growth hormone and that have been able to live in open fields, eating their natural foods.
